E-commerce Fulfillment
Store in Germany. Ship Across Europe.
European shoppers compare your delivery time against a local competitor's, not against the distance your goods travel. Holding stock in Germany is what closes that gap.
The problem
Cross-border shipping is what your conversion rate is paying for
Selling into Europe from outside it means every order crosses a customs border individually. That produces long and unpredictable delivery times, customs charges the customer did not expect and resents, higher per-order shipping cost, and returns that are impractical enough that many customers simply do not order at all.
None of that shows up as a shipping problem in your dashboard. It shows up as a low conversion rate in European markets, and it is easy to misread as a demand problem.
Moving stock into Germany changes the unit of the border crossing: your goods cross once, as freight, and every subsequent order is a domestic or intra-EU delivery. Delivery times become comparable to a local seller, returns become practical, and the customs surprise disappears from the customer's experience.
Who this is for
Brands and sellers shipping into the EU
Shopify and own-shop brands
Orders from your own storefront picked, packed and dispatched from Germany.
Amazon sellers
Stock held outside the marketplace's own network, dispatched to buyers or used to replenish.
D2C brands entering Europe
A European delivery experience before it makes sense to build local operations.
Marketplace multi-channel sellers
One stock position in Germany serving several sales channels rather than split inventory per channel.
Brands with mixed B2B and D2C
Single-unit consumer orders and wholesale cartons picked from the same inventory.
Subscription and repeat-order businesses
Recurring monthly dispatches handled on a schedule rather than order by order.

An honest caveat
We are not only an e-commerce 3PL — and that matters for you
Most fulfillment providers aimed at online brands are built for one shape of order: one small box, one consumer, one carrier, at very high volume. If that is all you will ever ship, a pure e-commerce 3PL with a huge parcel operation may serve you well, and we would rather say that than win the wrong client.
Where Madyel is the better fit is when your range does not fit that shape: heavier or technical products, mixed consumer and trade orders, articles with documentation, or a European B2B channel developing alongside your D2C sales. Those are the cases a consumer-parcel operation treats as exceptions and we treat as normal.
Consider Madyel if
- Your products are heavy, bulky, technical or fragile
- You sell to both consumers and business customers
- Your articles carry serial numbers, certificates or manuals
- You are entering Europe and volumes are still uncertain
- You want one stock position rather than one per channel
Also selling to distributors, retailers or trade customers?
Bulk orders, cartons, pallets and delivery-note requirements are handled from the same stock. See how the B2B side works.
Questions we get
About e-commerce fulfillment
Do you integrate directly with Shopify or Amazon?
Live platform integrations are on our roadmap but are not live today, and we are not going to claim otherwise. Order transfer is currently handled through an agreed file or export process set up at onboarding. If a direct API integration is a hard requirement for you now, tell us in the quote request so we can be straight with you about timing.
Can you pack to our brand presentation?
Yes, within reason. Branded boxes, tissue, inserts and gift notes are applied if you supply the materials and a clear packing instruction. Tell us what the unboxing should look like and we will confirm what is workable.
How are returns handled?
Returns come back to our German operation, are received against your return criteria and inspected before anything is restocked. Items that fail inspection are held, returned to you or written off on your instruction rather than quietly re-entering saleable stock.
Will my customers see a German sender address?
Yes. Orders are dispatched from our German operation, which is what makes domestic delivery times and practical returns possible for European customers.
