About

The company behind the operation

Madyel is a European fulfillment venture run by an existing industrial supply business in Hamburg. That is the whole basis on which you should judge us — so here it is in plain terms.

Who we are

Operated by Madyel Industrie, Hamburg

Madyel is operated by Madyel Industrie, an industrial supply business in Hamburg, Germany, owned and run by Batuhan Demir. It is registered as a German sole proprietorship (einzelunternehmen) under VAT ID DE459401873, and it sources industrial products and spare parts for commercial customers — a business that continues to run at madyelindustrie.com.

Madyel.com is the fulfillment side of that same company. It exists because the problem kept appearing from the other direction: manufacturers and suppliers outside the EU who could produce and sell, but had no practical way to hold stock in Europe and deliver at European speeds.

Everything on the fulfillment side runs from our German operation. There is one location, and it is in Germany.

What we are building

European market-entry infrastructure, not warehouse rental

The intent behind Madyel is not to rent out shelf space. It is to be the operational layer a company outside Europe needs in order to sell here: goods received and checked properly, stock held inside the customs union, orders shipped locally, returns handled locally.

Over time that may mean more than one location. We are not going to describe a network that does not exist yet — when there is a second operation, this page will say so, with the city and the date.

True today

  • One operation, in Germany
  • Flexible warehouse capacity, assigned per client
  • Industrial and B2B handling as core capability
  • Backed by an existing industrial supply business
  • Fulfillment offered as a young and growing service line

How we talk about ourselves

What you will not find on this site

No customer logos we have not earned, no testimonials we did not receive, no review scores, no order counts, no "trusted by X companies", and no photographs of a warehouse presented as ours when they are not.

We also do not publish a square-metre figure or a daily throughput number. Capacity is assigned per client and changes as we onboard, so a headline figure would be either meaningless or misleading. If you need to know whether we can handle your volume, ask us with your numbers and you will get a direct answer — including a no.

This is a deliberate position, not modesty. A fulfillment partner is judged on whether their claims survive contact with reality, and inflated claims are the fastest way to lose a client you have just won.

How we work

The principles this operation runs on

Say no when the answer is no

If your volume, product or delivery promise is beyond what we can serve well, you will hear that rather than a yes followed by an apology.

Check goods, do not assume them

Inbound stock is counted and inspected rather than accepted on paperwork, because a discrepancy found at receiving costs far less than one found by your customer.

Put terms in writing

Pricing, liability, insurance and inspection criteria are agreed and written down before goods ship, not clarified after an incident.

Report problems early

You should hear about a damaged pallet or a short delivery from us, on the day, not from your customer a week later.

Part sourcing, the industrial catalogue and part requests are handled by our sister business line.

Want to know whether we are the right fit?

The fastest way to find out is to tell us what you ship and where it goes. If we are not right for it, we will say so and tell you what would be.

Madyel operates flexible warehouse capacity in Germany that scales with each client. We do not publish capacity, throughput or customer figures we cannot substantiate.
