B2B Fulfillment
Your European Customers. Our Local Fulfillment.
Business customers do not order like consumers. They order in cartons and pallets, on recurring schedules, against purchase order numbers, and they judge you on whether the delivery note matches what arrived.
The difference
B2B orders fail in different places than consumer orders
A consumer order goes wrong when a parcel is late. A B2B order goes wrong when the quantity does not match the purchase order, when the delivery note lacks the reference the buyer's ERP expects, when a pallet arrives at a site that cannot unload it, or when a production line waits because a part shipped as a parcel that needed two days it did not have.
Those failures are procedural, not logistical. They come from a fulfillment setup that treats every order as one box to one doorstep — which is exactly what a warehouse built around consumer e-commerce is optimised for.
Madyel handles B2B shipments as the normal case. Cartons and pallets, order references, delivery notes and repeat schedules are part of the standard process rather than a request that has to be negotiated.
Who this is for
Built for companies selling to other companies
Industrial distributors
Multi-line orders of technical articles to plants and workshops, with the references and documents their systems expect.
Wholesalers
Carton and pallet quantities to retailers and trade customers across several European countries from one stock position.
Resellers and dealers
Replenishment orders on a recurring schedule, shipped without you handling any of it physically.
B2B marketplace sellers
Orders from business marketplaces fulfilled to the delivery standards those buyers expect.
Manufacturers supplying EU customers
Direct supply to European business customers from EU stock rather than from your production country.
Spare parts suppliers
Urgent single-part dispatch for downtime situations, alongside scheduled bulk deliveries.
Shipment types
From one urgent part to a full pallet
The same stock supports both ends of the range. A maintenance team needing one component today and a distributor taking a quarterly pallet are picked from the same inventory, in the way each requires.
That matters because most B2B businesses have both patterns at once, and splitting them between two providers means splitting your stock.

Questions we get
About B2B fulfillment
Can you include our purchase order or customer reference on the delivery note?
Yes. Order references, customer numbers and your own document layout requirements are set up at onboarding and applied to outbound documents from the first order.
Can you ship pallets as well as parcels?
Yes. Parcel, carton and pallet dispatch all run from the same stock. We will ask about typical order sizes in the quote so the packing and carrier setup fits your mix rather than defaulting to parcels.
Do you handle recurring scheduled deliveries?
Yes. Repeat replenishment orders on a fixed schedule are straightforward. Tell us the pattern at onboarding and it is set up as a standing arrangement rather than re-agreed each time.
Can you dispatch an urgent spare part the same day?
Same-working-day dispatch for urgent parts is possible within an agreed cut-off time, provided the part is in stock. The cut-off is set with you at onboarding so the commitment is a real one rather than an aspiration.
