Seven steps, from your shipment to your customer
Fulfillment is usually sold as a list of separate services. It is not seven services — it is one continuous operation, and a failure at any step shows up as a late or wrong delivery at the end.

Your inbound shipment is booked in, unloaded and matched against your packing list and purchase documents.

Inspection
Quantities counted, condition and specification checked, and any discrepancy reported to you with photos before it enters stock.

Storage
Goods placed into pallet, shelf or small-item locations appropriate to the product, recorded against your SKUs.

Inventory management
Stock levels maintained per SKU, with movements recorded so your available quantity reflects reality.

Pick & pack
Orders picked against your instructions and packed for the shipment type — parcel, carton or pallet.

Shipping
Dispatch to Germany and the rest of the EU, with the labelling and documents each destination needs.

Honest scope
What we do not claim
Madyel operates flexible warehouse capacity in Germany that is sized around each client. We are not going to tell you we have a set number of square metres available, or quote a daily order throughput, because those figures change with the clients we onboard and we will not publish numbers we cannot stand behind.
What we will do, once you tell us your volumes, is say plainly whether we can take it on, when, and on what terms. If your volume is beyond what we can handle well at the time you ask, you will hear that instead of a yes.
