Special racks & frames
Frame constructions, machine frames and fixtures designed for a specific component or workstation. What matters is rigidity, accessibility and a geometry that works in daily operation – as a one-off, a replica of a sample or a series.

Transport racks & load carriers
A load carrier has to fit the component, stack and return empty, prevent damage and fit existing storage and transport dimensions. Typical features are fixtures for defined components, folding stanchions, stacking corners and support rails.

Metal pallets & containers
Metal pallets are used where wood reaches its limits: under high loads, in continuous circulation or when an identical load carrier is required every time. We build containers with lids, compartments, fork pockets, crane eyes or castors.

Welded structures & assemblies
Brackets, straps, bent and folded parts combined into an assembly – individually or in recurring quantities. Repeatability is what counts here. Surface treatment on request, so you receive the part ready to install.

Platforms for tail lifts
Custom platforms and metal assemblies for tail lifts in vehicle construction – in steel, aluminium or as an individual construction, to drawing, CAD data or an existing sample. For single parts, prototypes, small series and series production.

Individual special constructions
Everything that does not fit a product group but has to be made of metal: protective enclosures, railings and stairs, covers, jigs or components for existing installations. Unsure whether your requirement fits? It usually does.

The design depends on the application. We agree on what suits your project together before quoting.
Materials
Steel, stainless steel and aluminium. If the material has not been decided yet, we propose a design based on load and operating environment.
Surfaces
Raw, galvanised or powder-coated – also as part of the order, so you receive the construction ready to install.
Quantities
From one-off pieces and prototypes to small series and recurring repeat production in consistent quality.

Manufacturing takes place in Turkey on around 1,000 m² of production and outdoor space. To be closer to customers in Germany, Madyel Industrie has been based in Hamburg since 2025.

We clarify geometry, material, surface and quantity before the price. The quotation shows what the price refers to.

Manufacturing and delivery
We manage production and deliver the finished construction. Repeat orders follow documented specifications – the second batch matches the first.
