New parts from the manufacturers
Components via manufacturers, distribution and wholesale – for replacement needs, retrofits or new installations. Origin, condition and lead time are stated for every item in the quotation.

Discontinued and hard-to-find parts
If the manufacturer no longer supplies a part, we look for remaining stock and warehouse items or name a successor type. Whether an alternative can be used in your installation is your decision – we provide the data for it.

Parts lists from maintenance and retrofits
Complete lists with items from different manufacturers in one inquiry: one quotation, one contact, one invoice – instead of writing to ten suppliers separately.

Parts without a catalog entry
If a number is not in the catalog, we request it anyway. Manufacturer and part number are enough; for illegible or incomplete numbers, a photo of the type plate helps.
This information helps us.
- Manufacturer and part number – if available, also the order code or type designation from the type plate.
- Quantity per item and whether partial delivery is acceptable.
- Required date – or a note that a machine is down.
- Delivery address and country, so that shipping and customs are correct in the quotation.
- Alternatives: whether an equivalent type is acceptable or only the original.
If something is missing, we will ask. An incomplete inquiry is better than none.

Before you inquire.
Do I need a customer account?
No. You send an inquiry with your contact details and receive a quotation by e-mail. No account, password or shopping cart is needed.
Can I inquire about single parts?
Yes. Inquiries are possible from one piece. For very small items, shipping or small-quantity charges may apply – they are then stated explicitly in the quotation.
What if my part is not in the catalog?
The catalog is only a selection of what we can source. Send us the manufacturer and part number, or a photo of the type plate if needed – we will request the part anyway.
Do you also source discontinued parts?
We look for remaining stock and warehouse items or suggest a successor type. Condition and origin are stated in the quotation; you decide whether an alternative can be used.
Are you an authorised dealer of the manufacturers?
No. Madyel Industrie is an independent distributor. Brand and product names on this website are used solely to identify the parts.
Can I send a parts list as a file?
Yes. In the inquiry form you can attach Excel, CSV or PDF files or enter the items directly in the table.
